• Send contracts to recipients for electronic signature
• Sign contracts electronically with authentication
• Store and organize signed contracts in a digital library
• Manage contract workflows and templates (business plans)
• Track contract status and analytics

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.2 Account Types

We offer different account types (Free, Essential, Pro, Business) with varying features and limits. You are responsible for selecting the appropriate plan for your needs and complying with the usage limits of your plan.

4. Acceptable Use

7. Payment and Billing

• Pay all fees associated with your subscription

• Understand that fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• Acknowledge that all fees are non-refundable except as required by law

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BIND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bind and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature. Upon termination, we may delete your account and data, subject to our data retention policies and legal obligations.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
