What does "alpha pricing" mean?

We're still actively building and improving Bind. Alpha pricing reflects this early stage and rewards users who join us now. When we exit alpha with our complete feature set, prices will increase to reflect the value we deliver.

Will my price increase if I sign up now?

No. If you sign up during alpha, you're grandfathered at your current rate forever. This is our way of thanking early supporters who believe in what we're building.

When will prices increase?

We estimate Q2 2026 (April-June). We'll announce the exact date at least 30 days in advance. Current customers will remain at their alpha pricing regardless of when we exit alpha.

How much will prices increase?

We expect 40-50% increases to align with market rates for AI contract software with CLM features. For reference, competitors like DocuSign charge $45-65/mo for similar features without AI generation.

What if I want to upgrade or downgrade later?

You can change plans anytime. If you upgrade, you'll pay the alpha rate for that tier (if still available). If you downgrade, you keep your grandfathered pricing on the lower tier.

Is there a money-back guarantee?

Yes. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days, we'll refund you in full, no questions asked.

Can I change plans later?
